I make it for diabetics by using splendia in place of sugar. I usually use about 3/4 cup of splendia instead of sugar. I also make it in a graham cracker crust instead of a spring pan. it is really good and you don't miss the sugar. the only sugar is in the crust. (1 serving 6gm of sugar).

Best ever cheesecake recipe and so simple. Tip: To prevent the top from cracking as soon as you take the cheesecake out of the oven run a thin knife around the outer edge and the top will not crack.

Love this recipe and once you've mastered it you will become a MASTER! I have made blueberry cheesecake, chocolate chip cheesecake, lemon cheesecake, etc etc etc. I manage to always impress my family and friends and there's hardly ever any effort involved...the best!

This cheesecake was so great that noone believed that it was homemade. This will be a new family recipe.

This cheesecake was super easy to make. I think next time I might add a little corn starch to help keep it from cracking. Also, I might try adding a bit of sour cream. It was almost too sweet for me (and I love cheesecake) but my boyfriend loved it the way it was.
