This did not turn out well for me. I think the chicken broth gave the noodles a funny taste or something. My fiance and I chucked this over the hill and went for take out!

it was yum-o!! i used a little more chicken broth because i made it in the morning and ate it at dinner time. i give it 2 thumbs up!!

It was a little sticky after it cooled, so I think I may try a different kind of cheese next time. But the flavor combo is nice.

The recipe calls for 2 cups of macaroni, then has 8oz in parenthesis. I used 2 cups/16 ounces, and it was perfect. I do wish that I had put the broccoli in the last few minutes of the pasta cooking time though, I like it a bit more tender than it was just adding it at the end with the Velveeta. Overall good consistency and cheesiness, sauteed with onions and spices the flavor was spot on, it was a great hit with the family!

I made this for supper tonight .... A perfect recipe for preparing a quick meal after getting home from work .... Not only was it easy but it was also delicious with a good downhome goodness ....

Love this recipe! It is so easy to make and it tastes so good. I add a bag of brocolli florets, instead of just a 10 oz. box, though. I also add a little extra Velveeta because I/my family likes the extra cheesiness.

My husband looooooooves this recipe! I tried it once, and the rest is history. In addition, I've also added a little sharp shredded cheese to give it that extra cheesiness. Because he likes broccoli, I add the entire small packet of broccoli. Its a very quick and cool dish. Great for "the meat and potatoes" man.

Perfect for mac & cheese lover, make a hearty plate. It seemed a little bland to my taste so I added bacon crumbs for extra flavor.
