I have been using this recipe for years! I add 1/2 to 1 pound of lean ground beef to it. To make a creamier dip, I add a few tablespoons of sour cream and 1/3 cup of skim milk. It is yummy!!!

I used the thick and chunky salsa added cooked crumbled bacon to the dip after the cheese melted and it was fantastic. Family favorite.

I've made this for years, but it came out much better with Velveeta lite -- too bad it's discontinued. The 2% is no subsitute -- mix in the salsa and it becomes grainy.

We have this at every gathering with my inlaws and even my extremely picky 4 year old eats it like it's going out of style!

Quick and easy. A smash hit at card night. I also like it mixed with pineapple salsa for a switch.

I must admit that I do not use salsa but diced tomatoes instead & this is the "Must have" recipe at all gatherings we attend!
