Brown a pound of Italian sausage (I use Bob Evans) and stir it in once the Velveeta has melted. It is WONDERFUL!

No matter how many times I've made this, it never fails to excite my family. My children just love it, and it's great to heat up any leftovers in the microwave for a quick after school snack. I sometimes put a little hot sauce in it to give it an extra kick. This is an easy and quick way to please the entire group.

I used low fat cheesend low fat cream cheese and melted them together in a crock pot on low, keeping it warm by keeping it on low while everyone serves themselves w/a dollop on their dish and their favorite chips/veggies. yum!

I love this dip! I have been making it for years. However, I add 4 to 6 oz of cream cheese to it, this makes it creamier and keeps it from hardening and clumping so quickly as it begins to cool.

I have made this for almost every party that I have had my family attend and I usually have to make it twice. I put a bowl of hot peppers next to the cheese (for my brother-in-laws) That keeps it from getting to hot for the rest of us. I then serve it with chips.

I've been making this for years. It's great spooned over steamed broccoli and brussel sprouts as well as mixed with your favorite pasta. Zippy mac and cheese!
