Couldn't be any easier to create a great family meal! My family raved over this dish. It's even good to reheat the next day for lunch, if you have any leftover. It's now one of my favorites!

This is a great recipe. One of my families favorites. I used both sweet potatoes and red potatoes the last time I made this dish and it was called a redo by my visiting son.

I used additional Italian dressing as recommended. The chicken was moist & flavorful as were the potatoes. The potatoes definitely need extra cooking time. Ours weren't quite done, but still tasted good. I will try to give them a head start next time so that they are softer. Overall, a quick, easy, and tasty dinner!!!

I have made this several times for my family and everyone really likes the flavor of the chicken and potatoes. I don't measure the dressing or parmesan, I just layer it on thick and it turns out great!

I thought this recipe was very good. I marinated the chicken (I usued 2 chicken breasts) in the zesty italian and pepper beforehand . And I coated the potatoes with it in a bag along with pepper and seasoning salt. Then I put it all in the pan with tin foil. The potatoes weren't quite cooked after an hour so I cooked it an additional 15 min. I added cheese to half for the last 15 min. and the cheese half tasted great! I plan on cutting up the other breast tomorrow for a chicken salad w/zesty italian dressing.

I have made this so many times since I found it. It's easy to make and my whole family including my 1 year old enjoys it. I use the Chicken Tenders instead of the breast or legs and cut them into strips for easier servings for my family.
