I used legs and marinated overnight in a little more dressing. All in all, we were not that impressed.

Very tasty.I didn't use bone-in chicken, but chicken thighs, and it was totally fine. I followed the advice on previous posts and marinated chicken and vegetables beforehand. Tasted amazing! Also agree with previous posts to baste the chicken and veggies during baking with remaining/extra sauce. However, be careful not to add too much sauce, I had to drain later from going overboard. This prevents everything from getting nice and crispy. I added carrots. Will make again!

Very easy recipe. Followed others recommendations and marinaded the chicken first.

It was easy and very yummy. I added extra parmesan and some fresh garlic to spice it up a bit which my family liked.

This came out so amazingly good I didn't have any left-overs

I made this and doubled the recipe, 2 lbs boneless chicken breast, 8 potatoes, and extra dressing. I added some green peppers and onions as well. I thought the potatoes had a really good flavor, the chicken was kind of bland. Husband liked it with barbecue sauce added. I will make it again and maybe marinate the chicken as suggested.

It is very delicious and easy to make. I make it with sweet potatoes and I marinate the chicken in dressing for 1 hour before cooking.

Made this for dinner with friends everyone loved it. I used boneless chicken breast came out fine. Also added more dressing and water to the potatoes to keep them moist

This is a good recipe but needs a little tweaking to make it better. The chicken has more flavor if marinated beforehand. The potatoes should be sliced thinner to cook with the chicken. I suggest adding more dressing and cheese. The last time I made it, I added some leftover pineapple and came out really good. I'm calling it aloha chicken.

I really like the way the potatoes taste when cooked with the Italian dressing. The chicken is a little bland but quite juicy.
