I'm probably the only one who didn't enjoy this dish. I had to cook it an extra half hour to make sure everything was cooked. The chicken was delicious, really moist but the potatoes came out hard in some places and soggy in others and had absolutely no flavor, even with the dressing. I will not be making this one again.

My husband and I REALLY enjoyed this recipe. I will say I did not exactly measure. I only did 2 chicken legs/thigh and didn't measure out the other ingredients. Figured it would be fine to taste. Everything seemed to come together to make a great tasting sauce with the potatoes. It really was superb!

My family really liked this recipe. I make chicken a lot and they liked the fact that the italian dressing gave it a good flavor. I used regular potatoes that I sliced with the part on the cheese grater, and I didn't measure when adding the italian dressing, I also used white onion and someone else suggested, and I really liked it too. It just had a lot of flavor. The family says this one is a keeper and it's so simple and uses simple ingredients.

For this recipe I added White Onion to it and after reading other reviews I added more italian dressing. I also cut the potatoes in thin disks instead of wedges so they cooked all the way. It was delicious! it made a LOT of food.

I made this with boneless skinless chicken and dbled the dressing. The chicken had a great flavor, but the potatoes lacked something, even in the same dish which I don't understand. But very easy to make and clean up!

Next time will make sure more chicken surface exposed for crisper skin, and cut to potatoes thinner. Family gave thumbs up.

this came out OK...I doubled the dressing like everyone else did, but it did not come out that great.

Made this recipe tonight and it was excellent! Used extra dressing (because of reviews) and boneless chicken. Husband and 7 year old loved it!

MY HUSBAND AND I THOUGHT IS WAS VERY GOOD. I ADDED ALITTLE MORE ITALIAN DRESSING THEN CALLED FOR (THAT WAS FROM ANOTHER PERSON REVIEW AND THE CHICKEN AND POTATOES WERE VERY FLAVORFUL. ALSO COOKED IT 30 MIN. MORE TO MAKE SURE POTATOES WERE DONE, DEFINITELY WOULD MAKE IT AGAIN. SUE/MICHIGAN
