I made this for dinner Sunday and it is bland. It needs more salt, pepper, garlic, onions, crushed red peppers and rosemary.

Incredible easy. I precooked the potatoes and pre marinated the chicken. I also redrenched the chicken and potatoes with dressing and cheese after 45 minutes.

Needs additional spices. ie. pepper, garlic, paprika, curry...anything.

the only thing I did different was toss the potatoes in some olive oil to keep them from being dry. Used legs and thighs and russett potaotes. Even my husband likes it!!

My husband and I both liked this recipe. It was easy to make, although I made a few modifications. I marinated the chicken in Italian dressing 30 minutes before putting it in the oven. I also used shredded cheese instead of the parmesan cheese. It was much better that way.

A wonderful recipe!!! My husband loved it. I dregged the chicken in seasoned flour (salt/pepper) it thicken the dressing a little, to put over the potatoes!!! Yum, and it was so easy especially for week nights!!!!!

This is WONDERFUL!!, my husband said that this is a keeper. Wanted seconds. I made it just as the directions said and yep, it is easy, cheap and wonderful enough to serve to company (and they will think you are a professional chief.) Can't wait to try some others, got this one from the Food and Family magazine.

I used boneless chicken breasts, works just as well. Easy to prepare, only takes minutes! Just add a vegetable or salad on the side and you have a fantastic, quick and delicious meal!
