My husband and I both liked this recipe. It was easy to make, although I made a few modifications. I marinated the chicken in Italian dressing 30 minutes before putting it in the oven. I also used shredded cheese instead of the parmesan cheese. It was much better that way.

A wonderful recipe!!! My husband loved it. I dregged the chicken in seasoned flour (salt/pepper) it thicken the dressing a little, to put over the potatoes!!! Yum, and it was so easy especially for week nights!!!!!

This is WONDERFUL!!, my husband said that this is a keeper. Wanted seconds. I made it just as the directions said and yep, it is easy, cheap and wonderful enough to serve to company (and they will think you are a professional chief.) Can't wait to try some others, got this one from the Food and Family magazine.

I used boneless chicken breasts, works just as well. Easy to prepare, only takes minutes! Just add a vegetable or salad on the side and you have a fantastic, quick and delicious meal!

I used boneless chicken thighs and cut the potatoes into smaller pieces. It took about 35 minutes to bake.

I had my eight and ten year old prepare this for dinner tonight. I did change a few things as they don't like italian dressing. I put a little vegetable oil in pan then they sprinkled parmeson Shake N Bake over the top. It was excellent.

Very good! I added extra italian dressing (1/2 cup) and it made it moister. I also used boneless chicken strips and only cooked it about 40 minutes. My son and his girlfriend love it too - but my son said to try the pototoes with ketchup too! Of course, he puts ketchup on everything! I will definitely make this again! Yummy!!

Instead of subsituting I used potatoes and squash with the chicken. It was so simple and tasty. What made it even better was that it called for ingredients readily available.
