this is easy to make, one dish clean up and the best part is... after dinner my husband said "dinner was very good, in fact you need a hug for that dinner"... and I GOT A HUG! thank you Kraft... keep up the good work! Tomorrow "we", you & I have to come up with a Miracle to use up the left over pork roast !! see you on line tomorrow !

My family asks for this at least once a month! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts and it was very moist.

Next time I will add more dressing to the chicken because it was very dry.

Really easy to put together and not a lot of fuss. My whole family liked this-I made it for a get together at Christmas with my sister and her fiancee, my brother, and nieces and nephews. Served it with salad and garlic bread-there were no leftovers. Definitely a keeper.

It was such and easy and yummy alternative to traditional chicken and rice, and so much better for you!... my husband and kids new favorite!!

I diced instead of wedged my potatoes because I used boneless/skinless chicken. But the flavor was awesome and the chicken and potatoes were cooked just right. We'll easily make it again.
