Me and my husband aren`t big chicken eaters, but this was easy and good. His favorite type of potato is mashed but he really liked these.

This dish was very tasty. My whole family love it and it was so very simple to make. The chicken turned out very tender and with just the right amount of flavoring. My toddler who eats nothing cleaned his plate and asked for more. I would recomend this dish!

Very easy and sooo tasty. This would make for a great dish to serve at a dinner party or pot-luck.
