I had a pkg of chicken thighs. Pierced them with a granny fork and marinated [kraft zesty italian] the ckn overnite with a little powdered garlic and s&p added. In another bowl I put potatoes [thinly sliced], carrots, onion, s&p and garlic and marinated them also with zesty italian overnite. Baked 1 hour covered & 20 min uncovered. Delicious!! Chicken was so moist. Potatoes were a little bit hard. Next time I will nuke them for a few minutes first before marinating. For me it was a great meal to prep the night before & throw in the oven the next day. I did spray the casserole before filling it. I reserve 5 stars for fabulous which I haven't used yet.

It was very good. I used 3 large split chicken breasts so I increased the cooking time to almost 2 hours with the last 1/2 hour uncovered. I also added more dressing and seasoning and some fresh garlic. It was really yummy!! I will defintily make it again.

This is a great recipe! I did need to cook the potatoes a little longer than an hour. I cooked them about 15 minutes before & 10 minutes after, covered with foil. I also added some carrots & used extra dressing. Very good.

This was a big hit with my family. I used chicken legs and sliced the potatoes pretty thin, and they did cook through. I am a vegetarian, so I cooked a potato with the dressing, spices and cheese. It was yummy. This is so easy and good, that I will make it again, and may just cook some potatoes as a side dish for other meals.

LOVE this recipe! Super so simple and tasty so I have made it twice in the last seven days! Used boneless chicken breasts and doubled the dressing. My WHOLE family loves this dish - which is not easy to do!!
