F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S-!!!!!!! These disapeered so quickly at my fall 'Moon Festival/Moon Dance' (amazing harvest moon, full moon, 10/10/03) that the guests complained that I had 'only' made a triple batch and all wanted the recipe. Will definitely make for Canadian Thanksgiving (tomorrow)and at most entertaining evenings this autumn and winter. (I may even share the recipe which I do not normally do :-) !)

Used Roasted Peppers in a jar, rinsed off the black, drained and sliced. I love their flavor - put in more than the recipe recommended. Yumm.

After making this recipie, I decided that I would prefer a different cheese . The next time I made them I used Provolone and found them to be far better. It's just a matter of personal taste.

I had the ingredients on hand and received unexpected company right after reading it. I figured, why not try it? It was a big hit and will definitely be prepared again.
