Not something that I would get my family to eat. Artichokes are not something I wouls have on hand..

I haven't made it yet, but I will.artichokes has calcium, iron, phosphorus, niacin, and vit c. minerals are magnesium and potassium, peppers have vit. c . can't wait to make this for a meal. Can't say enough about the cheese, but if your looking for calcium here it is

I made it on crackers, and my family went wild. We will certainly make it again and may try it on toast next time.
