I love this dish. My kids, ages 5 & 2, asked for seconds of these sweet potatoes instead of desert the first time I fixed them. They are a regular in our house.

I've made this receipe and also tried carrots instead of sweet potatoes. I left out the pecans and added the orange peel. With the baby carrots in the bag this is a cinch and so good.

doesn't look like sweet Potato's I wouldn't want a try this Recipe.
