I made these as appetizer for a New Years party. They were very good, but a little too oily for my taste. So the next time I made them, I used less mayo and more cheese. So it all stuck together but was much less oily tasting.

These were ok but nothing to rave about. They didn't taste nearly as good as others I have had in the past.

I made these for my new years party and all 36 were gone before i knew it! I used canned crab which i was kind of worried about...but everyone loved them. i used the shitake mushrooms and cut out the stems.

I do not understand all the reviews for this recipe, I made it exactly as the recipe states and it was horrible, fishy tasting. My experience has been anytime crab is heated it gets very fishy, with the exception of crab cakes and then it is fine. There were 8 of us at the party and no one liked it. What a waste of $12.00 for real crab meat.

when i take this to work truly there is none left. have made this serveral times, sometimes without the mushrooms. fast and easy; that's what its all about.

This was fabulous! I served them at a bridal shower for the first time and there was none left! I will do it again, it was easy, and I did most of the prep the night before!

These were fabulous!!! I had nothing but rave reviews from family and friends when I served them! I only had one problem. I did not make enough!! They disappeared almost as soon as I put them out!!

I have made this numerous times. Igt is always a hit and is very easy to make. Sometimes I use the chilled leftovers to spread on carackers or in deviled eggs. It is now an easy party staple in my home.

These were a big hit at my Super Bowl party. One peice of advice though- unless you know your guest's tastes really well, make sure there is another appetizer. Mushrooms and crab are two often disliked foods. Very yummy, though!
