This is such a easy recipe. I can not wait to try it for the holiday.
The recipe was easy, the results very good. I added two envelopes of unsweetened chocolate to the batter. I did not add the cherries or nuts. I baked the cookies on parchment paper for ease. I was very happy with the results.
This was great! I made it for my parents and sister. They loved it. It was sweet but not to sweet. My parents dont like sweet things but they loved it. My dad was watching a dvd a ate a whole container full of it that I made for him.
This is the easiest recipe that I've found and it was such a great success at the holidays, that my family has asked me to bring these cookies at every family gathering.
very good and very easy. although baking them to "golden brown" renders them a little tough and chewy. bake them till they are lightly brown and they are much better. the second time I made them I added a bit more flour and a little baking powder and they were more cake like and were a big hit.

An awesome cookie. Light tasting but deliciously sinful. I made a batch at Christmas & they were gone immediately. Will make another batch to take to Christmas gatherings this week. Really would like to have the recipe back on the bag. The bag I got today did not have it and I had to look it up on your website.
A super recipe - THE best macaroons ever and my favorite recipe. A great one to use when you have egg whites left over from lemon curd or creme brulee. Just freeze the egg whites in batches of 4 or 8 and you are ready for macaroons anytime!! Sure miss the recipe on the back of the coconut bag !!!
