This was YUMMY and VERY EASY! My 13 and 15 year old sons made them with no problem. One son made it with peanutbutter and the other with mint and the regular they rolled in toasted coconut. Have been made a few times. Very impressive looking, and taste GREAT!!

Very easy. I used the low fat cream cheese to make it slightly less guilt-filled. Instead of putting it in the fridge, I put the bowls (I made 3 flavors) in the freezer. After an hour, very easy to work with. I left them in the freezer over night when I was done and took them to work in baggies as gifts. Worked beautifully!

This is an easy to make recipe with great results. Add some cinnamon to the powdered sugar coating for a wonderful flavor.

Wonderfully smooth! I left out the vanilla & split the batch in half. I added 1 + 1/2 T Kahlua to one half and 1 + 1/2 T Irish Cream to the other. Left it in the fridge for about 4 hours then I rolled the Irish cream in Cocoa and the Kahlua in toasted coconut - yum!

It was so difficult to roll and the chocolate for being semi-sweet was too strong.

Yummy. A little labor intensive, but worth it. Don't roll in powder sugar, it sucks into the chocolate and looks blotchy.

This recipe took a while to make. It was good, but truffles not sweet enough for my family.

3 words... yummy yummy yummy!!! Very easy to make. A nice variation would be to use white chocolate instead of the chocolate and then roll in coconut
