I make these every christmas for my children teachers. There very easy to make and are great gifts.

I make these truffles for the cookie party every Christmas. The ladies love them. I use one cup less of the powdered sugar then the recipe calls for, and you get more of the cream cheese flavor.

i've tried this 3 times now but the mixture doesn't ever seem to be firm enough! i'm at a lost to what to do. the flavour is great though. i'll give this batch one more chance and freeze it. if it still doesn't work out i'll have to figure out some other way to use it..

I made these for a wedding shower and dipped them in white chocolate and hazelnuts!! They were a great hit!!

when I get lazy I just spread it in pan and serve it up as a very rich tasting fudge which I dust with powdered sugar It cuts my time in half

Good taste and easy to put together, but a little messy making the balls. I tried to flavor with liqueur, but the chocolate overpowered. I would suggest flavored extract instead. Different coatings and use of the little candy papers, make the presentation look very fancy.

it was a great recipe. took me longer then i thought. i didnt stir the chocolate long enough to melt it so there was still chunks in it. and they loved it w/ the chunks. so next time im going to put a white chocolate chip in the middle before forming the ball around it.
