they were really good but they get hard if you leave them in the fridge to long. i would make it again but i would not put so much powdered sugar in it.

I tasted this treat at a party and just loved it. It seems simple to make for an average cook and presents well on a dessert table.

I have made these truffles a number of times, and have shared the recipe with at least 6 people who tasted them and loved them. I have dipped the balls into melted coating chocolate with great success. My granddaughter asked me to make them for her friends' birthday party and the girls loved them. One of the mothers called me to get the recipe.

This was a very quick, cheap way to please my guests at Christmas. It was a little messy, but I got to be creative with the different coatings. I would recommend this time-saving decadence for any holiday!

These truffles are excellent. I found that when i took the truffle mixture out of the refrigerator it was a little hard, but the end product was smooth....i divided the mixture into thirds after adding the chocolate and added 1-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract in one, 1-1/2 tsp of mint extract in another and 1-1/2 tsp almond extract in the third. The mint turned out to be my favorite....taste like Andes mints!! YUM I'm making this recipe again to take to my friends up at college.

Made these for two holiday parties - very easy and very good! Nothing but wonderful comments from the guests! Best thing is how easy and fun they are to make!
