Super Short Cut--Make your coffee as usual, and put a piece of cinnamon stick inside the coffee pot. The flavor is rich, natural and warm.

My shortcut to this recipe. Make coffee as usual and just sprinkle cinnamon in coffee filter. This way everyone makes thier coffee the way they like it (black, with sugar, etc,) I love the extra "kick" the cinnamon gives my morning coffee. This has become a regular at my house.

Delicious flavor and a great Christmas day coffee drink. It so easy I would have never thought to add cinnamon to the coffee.

Fixed this on a cool night and it was wonderful. I used a half cup of coffee however because 2/3 cup makes it a little strong. I also substituted splenda for the sugar by adding a half cup also. Put in 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract also. It is so rich and good when adding a very small amount of cream to your cup of coffee. Great recipe when you want a little something more than just coffee.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I used Sugar in the Raw instead of the sugar the recipe called for.

This made the coffee very good but i've added some vanilla extract in the water and it smoothed it out. What you might want to add for your readers is using hot chocolate packets in the pot and then using a raspberry extract (Choc/Rasp coffee) or using spearmint extract (Choc/Mint Coffee)in the water. one word description-- D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S

Good idea, but the coffee was way to strong! I added some vanilla extract to the sugar, and topped with whipped cream.
