I make the whole recipe and then store in the fridge and heat me up 1 cup at a time & I've also added some cream in place of a lil bit of milk.

I would like to see the nutritional information if a sugar substitute and low fat/skim milk is used. My mother has cancer and needs to avoid sugar. I would love to make this for her this winter.

I am diabetic, so I substituted 4 packets of equal for the sugar, adding it at the end with the milk and vanilla.
