I did not use the Worcestershire sauce. I also didn't have any onion salt, so I used fresh onions and then added a little salt. The parsely added a nice "zing" to the burger, but mine did not quite look the same as pictured. I will try these again, prob, and will salt the patties on both sides before putting them on the stove.

So good! We grilled it outdoors and they held up very well for turkey burgers!

I grilled mine instead of stove top and I did the mushrooms on the grill as well. A big hit. I didn't have onion salt so I used garlic salt instead. Very tasty burgers, I'll be making these again for sure.

I added some chopped up fresh mushrooms to the meat mixture and it turned out great!

This was the best turkey burger I have ever had! The parsley and worsteshire sauce add the kick plain 'ol turkey needs! Instead of onion salt I used garlic powder and black pepper. When I saute'd the mushrooms I added some worsteshire sauce, garlic and black pepper too. When the burger was done, I piled the mushrooms ontop, put a slice of low fat swiss on top and covered it so the cheese would melt. With or without a bun, YUM!

I used cilantro instead of parsley and it was great. Of course my family is not crazy about turkey burgers so I was able to freeze three patties for the next time. This is something I would be grilling in the summer. Fantastic recipe and very healthy.

We've made these burgers several times. Do not overcook so the burger remains moist.It's a favorite.
