I tried this, but with a little tweaking! I ground my own turkey/chicken breast mix and when I sauted the mushrooms I added a few onion rings. I like my onion/mushroom mix a little more done than your version suggested, too.

A good for you food, I use 1%fat white meat Turkey & spray canola oil to cut this recipie fat content way down,a dash or two of McCormick's salt free spicy seasoning makes it xtra yummy!

Since I don't eat beef this recipe is great. I found using portabella mushrooms gives it a better taste than plain ones.

Mushroom Turkey Burgers are a nice change to beef burgers. I really liked them.

I used cilantro instead of parsley and the flavor was great. Would make this recipe again. Easy and tasty
