This was the first time I ever made a cheesecake, and my family was very nervous about tasting it. But, the recipe was a success and I didn't have any left for my self. This was the best Thanksgiving I ever had!

I made this for the first time this Thanksgiving, and it disappeared in 5 minutes flat! Everyone loved it; including myself. It was so easy, and it was so light and creamy. Definitely a keeper.

My family loves this recipe Ive been making it for about 3 years I can't show up to a holiday event without bringing it. Most people in my family do not eat pumpkin pie because its heavy they love this because its lighter and has a creamy texture. I suggest to anyone to make it. I have a tip bake it in a bane marie it helps keep it from cracking.

I personally never liked cheesecake until I made this one. Now at Thanksgiving and Christmas I have to make at least 6 to be I even get one piece!
