The vegetables weren't done after the cooking time was up. I put them in the microwave to finish cooking. These need more flavor, so add herbs or seasonings after they are done. I used the leftovers in a frittata and they were great, very flavorful.

I followed this recipe and did not taste a very strong flavor. I will not make this recipe again.

Nice flavor. I roasted them in the oven for about 15 minutes before putting on the grill to speed up grill time.

Forget the oil & vinegar just use the lemon juice to marinate & drain, then put the dry salad dressing in a bag and shake vegetables in it to coat then grill. Your vegies won't be so sogy they will stay firm. You can use Ranch or any dry salad dressing mix.

I did not have the Good Seasons mix, so I used bottled Zesty Italian dressing, I squeezed a whole lemon & used olive oil & it was excellent! Everyone loved it.

It was very good, however, next time I will replace the mushrooms with yellow squah, and add onions, garlic and zuchini.
