For the 'frosting' I use 60/40 sugar-free vanilla pudding & cool whip. I took it to a party EVERYONE LOVED IT-along with how pretty it looked. I didn't tell them that I used sugar-free everything!

I make this every year for Memorial Day and it is always a hit! I replace the strawberry Jello for cherry though, and I think its better. I will definately make this many more times.

I loved this cake, it was cute, easy to make and everyone thought it was yummy! My only complaint was that, i didn't know that you had to even out the bottom cake and as soon as we cut into it the whole top part came sliding down. So next time I make it I will have to even it out and make it a flat surface.

I took this to my in-laws house last night and everyone thought it was wonderful. I've never been complimented so much on a dessert that I've made. It was reallly easy to make. I used the cool whip topping and decorated the cake with blueberries and raspberries.

Very easy to make. Family loved it for the holiday. I didn't care for the cream cheese frosting. It was easy to work with and make, but was a bit bitter for my liking. I added vanilla for more flavor. May use more powder sugar next time as well. But over all was a family hit.

I like it with the variation of using cream cheese icing because the top layer always has a tendency to slide on me when I use cool whip
