WoW! What a reaction from my family. I made this for the 4th of July & got nothing but rave reviews! I have been asked to make this again & again. I decorated it with strawberries & blueberries. Very moist & tasted excellent. I almost just want how easy it is to make my secret.

I took this to a 4th of July gathering. I made the cool whip frosting mixed with a box of vanilla instant pudding. One family begged to keep the cake so they could have it for breakfast, it was sooooo good.

I made this cake for a block party on the fourth of July and I received great compliments on both it's taste and the way which I decorated it. I made a star on top with some fresh blueberries, then halved strawberries and alternated both them and blueberries around the base of the cake. I would definately make it again.

I would go a little easier on the jello, maybe only putting 3/4 of each jello on it's cake. The jello definitely helped the cake stay moist!

What a pretty cake. Perfect for the Fourth of July. It is moist and good. Only trouble is finding a space in the fridge to store it!

I had never made a poke cake before and was kind of worried about how it would turn out. I made it for my family on the 4th of July and everyone loved it! I put strawberries and blueberries on top.
