I thought this recipe was great!! I have served it twice now. Once with the family and another time a party. I used it as an appetizer...just made smaller portions.

Very flavorful, however, I used Kraft Italian dressing instead of the Good Seasons ingredients for the marinade.

This recipe is quick & easy to prepare. My husband & I rated it restaurant quality for appearance & taste. We served it with roasted garlic & olive oil cous-cous. Absolutely wonderful!!!!! We will surely be making this dish for friends and family in the near future....

I made this as a last minute addition to a BBQ invitation and it was a huge sucess.Everyone wqnted this recipe and couldn't believe how simple and quick it is. Its my first time on your rating page and I can say this is definatly a winner.

I loved the flavor of the marinade, and the taste of the peppers was a great combination. Even my picky husband enjoyed this dish.

we served this on rice alongside ribeye steaks for a backyard dinner party ---- everyone loved this shrimp dish! We have 3 small boys (age 4 and under) and even our finicky eater not only ate all his shrimp and peppers, but wanted seconds. We will definitly be making this again very soon! Plus, very simple to put together so I had lots of time to visit w/our friends
