Winter Black Bean Salsa

This is a GREAT recipe-tons of flavor and very easy. I'm adding it to my recipe box.

I have made this several times and everyone loves it and asks for the recipe. I will make it again and again.

I have made this several times for friends, cowokers, and family members. Everyone, and I mean everyone, raves about how good this salsa is and are surprised to hear how easy it is to make. We have used it as a topping on baked potatoes, in grilled chicken salads, and mixed into to nacho cheese dip. It's always a hit!

Love this dip! I added 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar for a little extra zip!

Instead of chopped tomatoes, I added a can of Rotel. Great hit at work!!

I made this for the family and they loved it! I made it into a taco salad - crushed Doritos, added taco meat, spinach and cheese, and put the salsa on top. Great meal - even my 8yo told me he loved it, and asked if he could take the leftovers for lunch the next day! I was leery of the Italian/parsley combo, but the store didn't have the Garlic & Herb dressing mix. I didn't use jalapenos, but it was still a "home run."

Fantastic! I used the Good Seasons Italian dressing mix and parsley, and added extra red onions. I forgot the jalapeno peppers, so I added several dashes of hot sauce - excellent! For an even healthier snack, I cut up 100% whole-wheat pitas into triangles and baked until crisp to make tortilla chips. YUM!

Very good, Even better if you let it set overnight. More jalapenos, other than that it was a hit!

I recently made this recipe for a game night and it was the hit of the party! Everyone was asking me for the recipe and they were trying to guess the ingredients but I wouldn't give them up - I told them it was my special recipe. :)
