Very juicy, wonderful light flavor. My husband loved it and my 2 year old ate half of it herself, saying "good chicken mommy" after every bite. It was great the next day cold on a salad! I followed the suggestions of adding lemons and garlic. Will definately make again!

This was a very easy recipe to make and yes I would make it again. I just had it the other night and it was very flavorable.

This is a very good recipe and very easy to make. I first marinated the chicken first in olive oil and the season over night with some onions and garlic cloves under the skin and the taste was out of this world. And I cook mine on my rotisserie grill and it was soo good. And i would cook this again and again.

I have never make roasted chicken before because I thought it would be complicated. I don't know why! This was the easiest dinner I've ever made. I will definately be roasting more chickens!!

I found that if I added some minced garlic and italian dressing to the olive oil mix it didn't spit as much, also I added some water to the bottom of the roaster and it was super moist but had a crispy skin. This was my second time making it and it is very flavourful!

This chicken recipe was super easy I had my 16 son make it and it was superb. The chicken was very moist.
