This recipe is easy to make and tastes fabulous. Leftovers even taste good cold. Makes a great presentation for guests. Makes a huge amount, if you have four or less average eaters, I would halve it.

Made this recipe, but added italian sausage. Family loved it and then asked me the next day when I was going to make it again!

This was so delicious. I followed the recipe exactly except that I put one cup of cheese in the mix and one cup on top instead of half in it and half on top. I like my cheese! It went great with mashed potatoes. You can really taste the red peppers in it. It's definitely different tasting than you would expect, but it's very good. I will make it again.

My fiance and I made this dish and followed the recipe exactly. It was excellent and is now a part of my permanent recipe choices. We could not get over how great it tasted. I would suggest having a few more that 20 shell; we had a bit of stuffing left.

It sounds delicious, though I haven't tried it yet.

I used a tablespoon and a half of regular italian dressing and did half a red pepper and half a green pepper, because it's what I had and it came out soo good.I'm very picky and didn't think I would like this, but I LOVED IT!
