this recipe was amazing i always make it on special occasions. But the most amazing thing about it was the fact that my brother loves it, when he always says he can't stand spinach!

This was quick, easy, and made for great leftovers. We've made it with and without meat; and we've served it as an appetizer, side dish, and entree!

My picky daughter came back for seconds. My husband said to make it at least once a week. Light and so easy I LOVE IT!!!!

It may have been my ineptness but there was entirely too much spinach. My husband & I agreed it would be good with maybe 1/3 of the recommended spinach. (I may have just short-changed myself on the cottage cheese. )Better luck next time!
