Pretty good, but here are my suggestions...it has too much red pepper. I used a half of a red bell pepper but wished I'd used a quarter. Maybe cook the pepper first too, since it stayed crispy even after baking. I would use a quarter of a pepper and then the same amount of chopped tomato, since the red color does look pretty. Other than that, I really liked this recipe.
