What You Need

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN FREE Fat Free Cottage Cheese

red pepper, chopped

egg white

env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

jumbo pasta shells (for stuffing), cooked, cooled

jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COMBINE first 5 ingredients. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella; spoon into shells.

SPREAD half the sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Place shells in dish; top with remaining sauce and mozzarella. Cover.

BAKE 40 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 30 min.

I am adding more vegetables to my diet this year and less meat. This recipe was very tasty and easy to make. I would make this again.

This recipe was wonderful, easy and delicious. I surprised my husband with it at lunch time and he loved it. The next time we have company over for dinner I am serving stuffed shells.

This recipe was easy and fast. I left the red peppers out and threw the rest together in about 30 minutes. I would definitely give this recipie four stars.

This was a hit with my roomate!! The only thing I did different was that I only used 1/2 pkg of the seasoning and I used pimento's instead of red pepper (really the same thing).. It was fantasitic!!!

I made this the other night for my husband and myself. He really liked it. There was so much left that he took it to work the next day for his crew and they all thought it was great. I will be making this a lot.

I made this and had the leftovers two nights later. Was as good the second time around as it was the first. I put a little more cheese on the top the second time to make it look fresh.
