I love finding meatless recipe's now that I'm older, but this recipe tasted really bad! The spinach tasted "earthy!" Might it have been better with fresh spinach?

Great Lenten or vegetarian feast when paired with a salad! I used manicotti too and stuffed them with the help of a plastic bag with the corner snipped off. Fresh basil was a nice addition. It would be excellent with some italian sausage, too!

I had to substitute manicotti for the shells, but it turned out great! I also thought it would be good to sub the sauce for alfredo and add some shrimp.

Pretty tasty for stuffed shells. I added mushrooms.

This was great. I added one pound sweet Italian sausage (browned) which made it tastier. You can also double the batch; freeze one and bake the other one. I just recently had a request to make this again for a gathering! Thanks for the great recipe.

The recipe was easy to prepare and the instructions were easy to follow. I added 1 pound of extra lean ground beef (cooked and drained)and omitted the Good Seasons mix.The taste was superb!

Very good (but) I used 2 Egg whites, and liked it better, and used freshed spinech, (wilted)

this was excellent....I added a little ground beef because my family are big meat eaters and they all loved it.
