Really good. Made for my husbands birthday one year I think and the whole family loved it. Easy to mix up. Even better to eat. Why haven't I made this since then??!?!?!
You know it's a good meal when my kids are asking for seconds. Although I didn't have a pepper and I used fresh spinach. Absolutely going to make this again, only double it this time!
I have made this recipe several times and am always happy with the results. This dish is simple to prepare and has a lot of flavor. I usually double the recipe so we have plenty of left overs.

This is the only recipe without meat that has ever passed for a meal with my husband. Although it is not super quick, if you'll take the time to do it, it is soooo well worth it! Try it, you'll like it! Chunkiechipmunk
This recipe was awesome and easy. I was hesitant to make stuffed shells in the past but this was easy, I did add 93/7 ground beef to the sauce to make it a little more hearty!
I made this last night. Made it exactly as directed (plus 2 extra shells). Fit perfectly in my 22 shells. I will experiment with different spaghetti sauces next time. My husband LOVED it! He rarely will speak-up before asked his opinion about new dishes--he let me know right away on this one--it's a keeper! Easy to make, easy clean-up.
I made this last night and my tastebuds! WOW! They do even better the next day. I will make again. Instead of usuing Cottage cheese, I used 4oz of cream cheese. Still just as good.
I forgot to mix in the egg white and cheese to the mixture, but it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I just added more cheese to the tops of the shells. Pretty easy to make and my boyfriend loved it and didn't miss the meat at all.
This is absolutely amazing! My family will not eat spinach but they didn't even taste it in this dish. No one can get enough!
