I made this last night for dinner, and it was very good. No one in our house likes Cottage Cheese, so I was a little scared to try this recipe. Turned out very good you couldn't even tell that it had Cottage Cheese in it. Used baby spinach instead of the frozen. Had a salad and some yummy garlic bread with it. Was very easy to make I think that 11 year old son could makke it by himself!!

The sodium content of this recipe can be cut by using a jar of "no salt added" spaghetti sauce(Francesca Rinaldi). There is no taste difference, I use it all the time since my husband had by pass surgery. No one has ever noticed a difference!

Wonderful dish for a special gathering. The flavor was great and the color appeal was amazing. Comfort food at it's best.

I loved the spinach & cottage cheese mix, however, there's an incredible amount of sodium due to the Italian salad dressing mix... I'd opt for Mrs. Dash(tm) [or a "comparable"] instead, to make it more healthy.

Recipe sounds good, but how can it be called Healthy Living with over 1300mg of Sodium in it?

Good! My husband requested meat in it so next time I would add Italian sausage as some others have suggested. I really liked it as is though.

This is the best stuffed shells recipe and easy to make. I always make a double batch and freeze half for later.

This was good and easy! Had some family over and it was enough to feed as all. It also looks very fancy! :)
