What You Need

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN FREE Fat Free Cottage Cheese

red pepper, chopped

egg white

env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

jumbo pasta shells (for stuffing), cooked, cooled

jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COMBINE first 5 ingredients. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella; spoon into shells.

SPREAD half the sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Place shells in dish; top with remaining sauce and mozzarella. Cover.

BAKE 40 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 30 min.

Good! My husband requested meat in it so next time I would add Italian sausage as some others have suggested. I really liked it as is though.

This is the best stuffed shells recipe and easy to make. I always make a double batch and freeze half for later.

I have the recipe as a staple in my menu. The kids love it, and Dad is always asking for seconds. The only thing that I do different is add fresh spinach instead of frozen, and it's the best. Easy, quick, and delicious.

I substituted ricotta cheese. The filling was on the bland side and will add more seasoning when I make it again.

Just made this for the first time, very good. I used half a bag of fresh spinach and the whole egg. It turned out well. Makes more then 20 shells. Have tons of leftovers.

This dish was super yummy! It tasted like something you'd find at a fancy restaurant! Inexpensive to make, easy to make, and totally delicious.
