This recipe is MUCH tastier with fat-free ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese. I also substitued chopped olives for the peppers. I've made it with and without ground turkey added to it.

I've made this a few times & no one was the wiser that they had cottage cheese in them.

Already have made this recipe several times. Love it! Sometimes I vary it by adding meat to the mixture.

The peppers tasted a little odd in the pasta. When I make it again, It'll be without the peppers and maybe some chopped tomato instead.

It's hard to make stuffed shells taste good when you use low cal products. I think it's just one of those dishes that doesn't adapt well. Overall, I liked the recipe very much but next will use the "good stuff."

it was really putsy. filing the shells took me some time. so i thought that a person could just do it over some sort of pasta if they dont have much time.

Very good! Will definitely make again. I didn't cook my shells long enough and I wasn't a huge fan of the brand of spaghetti sauce I used but they still turned out delicious!
