My family absolutely LOVED this!! I did make a few adjustments after reading the other reviews, which are as follows: 1) I omitted the red pepper (my family is not big on peppers of any kind). 2) I bought a package of Honeysuckle White Italian Style Turkey Meatballs (12 count), and crumbled them up to add to the mixture of cheeses. 3) I used a (1lb. 16oz. size) jar of Traditional Ragu spaghetti sauce. Half of the jar was "accidentally" mixed in with the cheese/meat mix (my 7yr old was helping and poured the sauce into the mixture before I could stop her). We did put the other half on the bottom of the pan as directed in the recipe & it turned out just fine. 3) Instead of just using Mozzarella cheese, I used a "pizza blend mix" of Mozzarella & Smoked Provolone. 4) I wound up using about 25-30 shells, instead of the 20, as called for in the recipe. I'm guessing that adding the meat and spaghetti sauce into the mixture may have made it possible for me to stuff a few more shells. I will DE
