Banana Split-Cheesecake Squares recipe
Who needs ice cream when you can have creamy cheesecake with a double dip of bananas. They're inside the cheesecake and also on top, along with pineapple and fresh berries.

I made this recipe and it was fantastic! To me it tasted like a mix between banana cream pie and cheese cake. I did make a couple adjustments. I used three bananas mashed up. I also added a container of whipped cream mixed with half a box of vanilla pudding mix. I refrigerated it over night before serving it. So good I am making it again for my sons party!

We are two students who stumbled upon this gem of a recipe and simply had to give it a shot. Our attempt is currently cooling off in the fridge, and for once our house smells like the brilliant smell of bananas and cheesecake rather than the usual smell of bananas and cheesecake.

Made this for Father's Day and EVERYONE loved it! This is one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had. I used 2 bananas in the cake and topped it with sliced strawberries, crushed pineapple, chocolate syrup, whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles. Kids and adults raved about it - my 2 year-old said "I love your cheesecake Mommy:" I will be making this again :)

This was very good and easy to make!I doubled the amount of mashed bananas since a lot of reviews said it needed more of a banana taste. It turned out great. I also drizzled some chocolate on top. Definitely will make again!
