Who needs ice cream when you can have creamy cheesecake with a double dip of bananas. They're inside the cheesecake and also on top, along with pineapple and fresh berries.

I made this for my housewarming. Everyone loved it and it looked like it was harder to make than it was. I had to use extra graham crackers and butter fo the crust but that was a minor adjustment. I topped it exactly like a banana split with chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, bananas, pineapples, strawberries, cherries, and pecans.

I have made this many times, always topping with chopped walnuts and drizzling with semi-sweet chocolate. It is a crowd favorite every time.

Whenever I make this, I drizzle hot fudge (unheated) on top of the crust before pouring the cheesecake batter onto the crust. I also drizzle it on top of the fruit just before serving. It makes a very nice added treat... especially for chocolate lovers.

This recipe looks especially festive if you dye the coconut and use red and green marichino cherries. I love using these as a centerpiece for my Christmas parties!

I've made this recipe several times. I am making it again this weekend for a party I am attending. I know it will be a hit! Everytime I make it, I get RAVE reviews! It's beautiful, delicious, and fun to make! I always make it with the nuts and drizzled chocolate too. I use semisweet chocolate morsels instead of squares. I found them easier to melt in the microwave.
