Keep this stashed in your freezer while the temperature spikes outside, waiting to make an appearance at the party. Just know that this will steal all thunder from the BBQ.

This has got to be the easiest recipe for a dessert!! It was extremely fast to make. Everyone loved it, and the light taste is very refreshing on a hot summer day! It doesn't get easier than this.

Made this dessert for my coworkers for a birthday potluck and everyone just raved about it. Made copies of the recipe for everyone. Also I told them where I got the recipe from and told them that they can get the recipe book by registering online. I have made several dishes from your books and really enjoy making them. There so easy to make because the ingredients are so easy find. You usually can find most of the ingredients in your grocery store. Thanks again for your wonderful recipes.

This recipe tasted great, but I gave it 3 stars b/c of the texture. It just wasn't the texture I expected.

i made the nonfat version you posted earlier - it was wonderful - the only thing i will do differently is freeze it at least 6 hours or overnite so it disengages from the pan with more ease - thanks for creating this-

Didn't like the texture - top piece was much softer than the rest... Had several friends try it and they agreed -- won't make again...

I made this for a Red Hat meeting, and the girls loved it. Yes it melted pretty fast, but it was gone at the end of the night. I did freeze raspberries, and blueberries to put on top at the last minute. Red and purple what a great topping for us Red Hatters.

I made it with orange sherbet and Mandarin orange pieces. No knife necessary, just a big spoon and a tall Pepsi.

The overall taste and appearance of this recipe were good but the majority of the credit goes to the sorbet. The cool whip/pudding base had a hard, almost icy texture that was ok but wasn't nearly as good as the sorbet. The textures clashed and the cool whip stayed hard while the sorbet melted. I'd suggest skipping the extra work and just eating the sorbet!
