Raspberry Summer Sensation

Raspberry Summer Sensation recipe

Keep this stashed in your freezer while the temperature spikes outside, waiting to make an appearance at the party. Just know that this will steal all thunder from the BBQ.

I made this for a family get together. It tasted ok, but the sorbet melted WAY to fast and it wasn't pretty to look at and extremely messy to serve. I won't make it again.

LOVED it!!! I actually tried using different sherbet flavors and doubled the amount and made it into thiner layers. Man! My boyfriend absolutely loved it :)

I have made versions of this recipe, once using peach sorbet and once using strawberry sorbet. It is amazingly simple to make and everyone raves about how great it tastes! I have made it using regular whipped topping and pudding and Lite whipped topping and sugar free pudding. It tastes great either way, my family didn't notice a difference.

I loved this! I made it for a group of my friends, and everyone adored it! I think plastic wrap might make it look prettier, but we ate it so fast that it really didn't matter! I think I'm going to try it again with strawberry sorbet and fresh strawberries on top!

This was fast & easy, but with great results. Instead of using vanilla pudding mix, I used white chocolate pudding mix. I also found that plastic wrap worked better than foil to line the pan. Will definately make it again.

My teenage daughter entered this recipe in a 4-H and MHV Dairy Contest and won a Blue Ribbon. It was delicious and beautiful.

I followed the raspberry recipe, and I also followed the advice of a person's comment who said to use strawberry sorbet and JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling topped with a cup of strawberries. I liked the first one, but I loved the strawberry cheesecake so much more! I had so many compliments on the strawberry cheesecake! Try it!
