Keep this stashed in your freezer while the temperature spikes outside, waiting to make an appearance at the party. Just know that this will steal all thunder from the BBQ.

I have made this twice and not only is it good; it's so easy. For July 4th, I garnished with blueberries to make the red/white/blue theme.

I made this for my moms birthday. She loves raspberries. It was wonderful! I used the cheesecake pudding instead of the other and I think that is what made it so hard to stop eating. My mom loved it as did everyone else. I still cant believe its only 100 calories a slice after tasting it! :)

I used skim milk and replaced the vanilla pudding with sugar-free Jell-O Cheesecake flavored pudding. Absolutely delicious! My family couldn't believe it wasn't loaded with calories and fat. It's the perfect summer dessert.

Definitely a keeper! Foil comes right off if you set the pan in water for a few seconds. I used skim milk and low fat Cool Whip and it was just as rich and creamy without all the added calories! It was a hit, just perfect for those warm summer nights! VERY refreshing.
