Raspberry Summer Sensation

Raspberry Summer Sensation recipe

Keep this stashed in your freezer while the temperature spikes outside, waiting to make an appearance at the party. Just know that this will steal all thunder from the BBQ.

It was a multi-step process, so I had to be home all day. Also, it turned out completely different than the picture showed it, but it was good@

My family was a bit under-whelmed by this one. It was tasty, but it just sort of left us cold (sorry, no pun intended ;)

My children loved it. Even my husband liked it, and he's hard to please.

Very good and quick to make too. I tried it with chocolate pudding and strawberries to give it a chocolate covered strawberry taste

This recipe is great! I made it with strawberry sorbet for the top, and used fresh strawberries for garnish. My husband and son loved it! Sandy

I made this for a party and it was gone before I finished slicing it! It was very light and refreshing on a hot summer day. I used the original recipe and it was very good!

I have made this recipe in three variations over the past week...I couldn't wait to try it! First, with Peach Sorbet and fresh sliced peaches on top! The guests raved! Secondly, with Chocolate mint frozen yogurt as the top layer, chocolate pudding and Chocolate Cool whip and the 1% milk...another hit! Last but not least...I used Banana sherbet as the top with fresh, strawberries and bananas and strawberry cool whip as the lower whipped topping...and it is absolutely delightful as a refreshing cooling treat.
