Made the white layer as required, but made the sorbet layr with different flavors quite a few times. (Strawberry, peach, mango) and then added contrasting fruit: kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, etc....) Wonderful combinations to suite the likes of different family members. We love this and it looks like I really fussed. Thanks for another great dessert choice that can be low fat too!
