Raspberry Summer Sensation

What You Need

pt. (2 cups) raspberry sorbet, softened

cup cold milk

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

cup raspberries

Make It

step 1

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon sorbet into prepared pan; freeze 10 min.

step 2

BEAT milk and pudding mix in large bowl with whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over sorbet in pan.

step 3

FREEZE 3 hours or until firm. To unmold, invert pan onto plate; remove foil. Let stand 10 to 15 min. to soften slightly before slicing to serve. Serve topped with the raspberries. Store leftovers in freezer.

How to Soften Sorbet

Spoon measured amount of sorbet into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 10 to 15 sec. or until slightly softened.

My husbands not a huge fan of raspberries, so I made it with orange sherbet instead. It was delicious, he said it reminded him of a dreamsicle.

I made this yesterday for fathers day, my husband and kids loved it. I loved it too. It's one of the best desserts I have ever tried and it was quick and easy to do. I can't wait to try it again using different flavors of sorbet and pudding.

This dessert was just scrumptous! I served it at my back-to-school party and it was a hit! The flavor combo is great and it's very refreshing! (Oh.. and it's so easy!!!)

VERY simple to make, yet tasted delicious and the guests loved the look & taste of it. You can also drizzle the plate with chocolate or caramel sauce before serving.

I made this just as the recipe instructed. Served it yesterday for Father's Day. Everyone from age of 2 to 78 thought it was terrific. My son-in law said he thought it was the best frozen dessert he had every had. Will try again with different flavored sorbets too. Thanks again. "Sensational".

I used Jello Cheesecake flavored pudding and whole frozed raspberries. Friends and family just raved about how delicious and decadent it tasted!

Loved this dessert. It is one of those perfect summer desserts that you make time & time again. Comes out just like the picture. Your guests will be impressed.

In answer to the reviewer who thinks jello is missing....the red layer is the RASPBERRY SORBET. Also, for purists, instead of cool whip you can use your own whipped cream, it just won't last as long, but definitely will taste better. This is a very refreshing dessert.
