What You Need

pt. (2 cups) raspberry sorbet, softened

cup cold milk

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

cup raspberries

Make It

step 1

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon sorbet into prepared pan; freeze 10 min.

step 2

BEAT milk and pudding mix in large bowl with whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over sorbet in pan.

step 3

FREEZE 3 hours or until firm. To unmold, invert pan onto plate; remove foil. Let stand 10 to 15 min. to soften slightly before slicing to serve. Serve topped with the raspberries. Store leftovers in freezer.

How to Soften Sorbet

Spoon measured amount of sorbet into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 10 to 15 sec. or until slightly softened.

I love this recipe and have made it several times to the joy of my guests! They all asked for the recipe and mine looked just like the picture. I will make this many more times!!!

Is something missing (like jello? ) in this recipe? The photo appears to have a red layer under the fruit.

When I tasted this recipe it was very obvious that the main ingredients were cool whip and pudding. I would have preferred a more sophisticated taste, rather than a processed-food one. Maybe different flavors would make it better. If I did it again, I'd use chocolate pudding and cool whip instead of vanilla and regular.

I love this recipe!I made it for desert last sunday and it looked so good that we took it out of the freezer early!(which was no problem because our freezer is always 30*) Great. But just a little on the rich side.

My 9 year old daughter and I made this dessert. We thought it was very easy and tasted great. We made with Mango Sherbet instead of raspberry and it was very good. We will make again.

I made this a while ago and it was pretty good. It was really sweet though, so I ended up cutting it into more than just 12 slices. It also melted very fast. I didn't have to have it sit out for 10-15 minutes before cutting. It was more like 1-2 minutes. Overall, it was excellent. I would make this again, but maybe in a smaller size.
