This recipe is basically in the Winter 08 magazine except meat is prepared in a skillet and there is no cheese called for. I made it with one green pepper--didn't have red pepper or onion in the house. Also the magazine suggests having rice as a side. We put the rice in with the meat, pepper, and bbq sauce on the tortilla and it was delicious. Would definitely make this again.

We used a honey bbq sauce. I would make this again.

This is your basic fajita recipe. Not very exciting.

I made this with beef stew meat and simmered it in the BBQ sauce with peppers and onions. It came out delicious.

I liked this recipe because it shows that you can do other things on the grill besides the regular bbq type stuff. I would never have come up with fajitas on the grill myself. This recipe was easy and it tasted good!

I forgot to purchase red peppers, but it was good anyway. Also, I used precut stirfry beef so that made preparation even easier.

This was easy and delish! The entire family enjoyed the wraps. We set out some faily favorites to top the wraps with like lettuce and guacamole and sour cream. We all enjoyed the grilled veggies inside. This one stays on the family favorite list.
