This recipe is basically in the Winter 08 magazine except meat is prepared in a skillet and there is no cheese called for. I made it with one green pepper--didn't have red pepper or onion in the house. Also the magazine suggests having rice as a side. We put the rice in with the meat, pepper, and bbq sauce on the tortilla and it was delicious. Would definitely make this again.
